3.9.1 Can Voyager handle HTTP/1.1?

   VoyagerNG  version  2.92  and above (including public release V2.95) can
handle  HTTP/1.1.  The old public release, version 2.88, cannot.  What this
means is that if you access as server capable of HTTP/1.1 transactions with
an  old  version of Voyager, you will be connected in the server's HTTP/1.0
compatability mode.
